At Acro Training Center, strength is emphasized not just to enhance performance, but to protect the body, improve overall mobility, increase flexibility, and boost agility.
Kailena, a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, understands the unique demands placed on the body during acrobatic training. When strength and flexibility are developed in balance, athletes move more efficiently and with greater control. This is especially important for individuals with hypermobility, who are more prone to joint instability and injury if not properly supported by muscular strength. Through strategic programming, Kailena helps build strength around the joints, improve motor control, and enhance body awareness—ensuring longevity and resilience in training.
With additional certifications in Acrobatic Arts and Alixa Flexibility, Kailena takes a holistic approach to developing each athlete’s physical capacity. Whether the goal is to master advanced acro skills, gain functional flexibility, or move with more confidence and control, Kailena helps individuals reach their fullest potential safely and injury-free.
